Texas Instruments to host TI India Educators' Conference

Texas Instruments (TI) has announced that it will host the TI India Educators' Conference aimed at bringing together professionals, academicians and students from engineering colleges across the country. Scheduled to take place on April 4 & 5, 2013 at the Bangalore NIMHANS Convention Centre, the conference will provide a platform for learning and knowledge sharing through project demonstrations, paper presentations and invited talks by experts.
The conference will be inaugurated on 4th April by Steve Lyle, Director, Diversity & Workforce Development, TI, in the presence of Brad Ruzicka, Worldwide University Marketing Manager and Dr Biswadip (Bobby) Mitra, President & Managing Director, TI India.
In a first-of-its-kind initiative by the TI India University Relations Team, the conference is open to professionals, educators and students from all branches of engineering. Over 60 technical papers and 30 poser papers will be presented in four tracks running in parallel through both the days. The agenda also includes a post-conference Tutorial programme scheduled for the following two days – 6th & 7th April, which will feature six tutorials running in parallel.
“We are already associated with over 800 engineering colleges in India where we have set up TI labs to help the students to work on TI technology and get familiarized with our products.
