Canon strengthens its service network in India 
To further expand its foothold in India, Canon India(NYSE:CAJ) has announced expansion of its consumer and office imaging service facilities in Rajasthan which are opening up at two prime locations of the state, in Neemrana and Jaipur. These facilities will help to provide its customers with a seamless service experience. As part of the aggressive growth plan, Canon has been strengthening its presence across India for addressing customer service requirements by providing international standard service. With this expansion plan, the company will open more such service centres to provide better customer experience and after-sales support of Canon consumers and office products for both walk-in and on-site customers.

Alok Bharadwaj, Executive VP, Canon India, said, The proximity of service of international standard is vital for customers’ loyalty and, at Canon, we are proud to announce expansion of our service network in the state of Rajasthan, which is a significant step in meeting Canon’s plans of expanding its service network across India.

He added,Looking at the tremendous midterm opportunities in the next three years in India, we are expanding our service footprint in the country.Additionally, Canon has also introduced a special “Care Pack” proposition for Indian customers. So, a customer who opts for a Canon Care Pack” will be provided with an extended warranty on Canon products by paying a basic amount.

On another simultaneous event, Canon has announced the opening of its seventh service depot and facility at Neemrana in Rajasthan for its enterprise customers. This depot houses one of the latest technologies from Canon and is equipped with a complete range of medium/ fast-moving spares and an entire range of consumables with critical spares for Canon MFDs.......See More
