Dell India(NASDAQ:DELL) has announced its confidence in bullish retail expansion plans for India, with the opening of its 100th Dell exclusive store in Rajajinagar in Bangalore. The opening of the 100th Dell Exclusive store marks an important step in the rollout of Dell’s marketing and retail strategy.

Strategically located on Rajkumar Road, 4th Block, Rajajinagar, the store offers the entire range of Dell's consumer products- laptops, AIOs and desktops from the Inspiron, XPS and Alienware brands, as well as related peripherals. The exclusive Dell store is a step towards enhancing the overall purchase experience for consumers in India. In India, the process of buying a laptop or desktop is still a significant decision by consumers. The wide display of products and knowledgeable staff allows the customer to enjoy a rich technological experience with an environment to make an educated and informed purchase decision.

Dell in India plans to double the number of Dell Exclusive stores in next six months. With this plan, Dell India would deepen its foothold in tier-2 and tier 3 markets. The brand has developed robust plans including aggressive marketing strategy, attractive pricing and retail expansion with an aim to enhance excitement, engagement, education and experiential purchase for the customer. DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications.
