Google India to search Social Innovators: launches Impact Challenge

To find out how the Indian non-profits are using technology to tackle problems in India and across the globe, Google has announced the launch of its Impact Challenge in India. The four submissions judged to be the best will each receive Rs.3 crore and technical assistance from Google to help make their project a reality.
Indian non-profits are invited to apply online by 5th September, 2013 for the Google Challenge. A team from Google will review applications and announce 10 finalists name on 21st October. The public will then be invited to cast a vote for their favourite projects.
