SAP redefines Navigation and Decision-Making with New Solution 
SAP AG(NYSE:SAP) has announced SAP Enterprise Support value maps. Delivered via the SAP Enterprise Support Academy programme, the value maps are an intelligent, innovation selection mechanism to support customers in finding the right services and tools.
SAP Enterprise Support offers the foundation to implement, operate and innovate better through collaboration, empowerment and automation. The value maps provide guidance for selecting the right offering at the right time, and for the individual customer situation. They help customers to best implement and leverage automation and analysis capabilities of the SAP Solution Manager application management solution to improve IT operations efficiency.
“Value maps provide a clear answer to questions customers have on effort and outcome in their individual business situations. Through integration with SAP Enterprise Support Academy, we created a comprehensive and collaborative offering that supports our customers to get the most from their investment in SAP Enterprise Support,” said Michael Rieder, Sr. Vice-President & Head of SAP Active Global Support EMEA, SAP AG.
The value maps have been rolled out via the SAP Enterprise Support Academy programme, a dedicated portal with flexible entry points and aggregated views on learning assets and services content combining training, support and deployment of best practices. DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery. The favourable impact of M2M on job creation had already set in as seen by the arrival of the first set of start-ups in the areas such as agriculture, smart cities, healthcare and water management.” She stressed that NTP 2018 would be transformative in harnessing the full benefits of M2M communications.
