Juniper secures Public and Private Clouds with Firefly Suite 
Juniper Networks(NYSE:JNPR) has unveiled a virtualized security portfolio, Firefly Suite, a virtualized security portfolio that can provide granular and secure connectivity for the private and public cloud. The suite introduces Firefly Perimeter, a virtual version of the Juniper Networks SRX Series Services Gateway, as well as Junos Space Virtual Director, an application that automates the management and deployment of Firefly Perimeter.
The Firefly Suite proactively protects virtual workloads and applications in real-time with security intelligence, automation and unified control over virtual firewalls, enabling organizations to securely leverage these new cloud computing technologies.
Juniper Networks Firefly Suite can be easily embedded throughout the virtual environment including the hypervisor itself or as VMs connected to the various virtual networks, to provide tailored security, automation and control. Firefly Security Suite is a collection of software products designed and licensed to meet the unique needs of protecting cloud deployments, designed for scale and flexibility.

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery.
