Kaspersky lays focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 enterprises in India
Kaspersky Lab has announced signing an agreement with Optimistic Technology Solutions as one of its focussed resellers who will take its Enterprise suite of solutions to tier-2 and tier-3 cities in India. To kick off the relationship, Kaspersky Lab along with national distributor for Enterprise products, Sea Infonet joined hands with Optimistic Technology to conduct an end-user event in Dehradun last week.
Partnering with Kaspersky Lab will help take this relationship to the next level, whereby their customers are expected to benefit with world-class endpoint security that Kaspersky Lab offers.
Altaf Halde, Managing Director, Kaspersky Lab-South Asia, said, “This is our first event in Dehradun and we are happy to be here. Our prime objective in partnering with Optimistic was to broaden our reach to new clients and partners. We are looking at strategically expanding our SMB footprint in the endpoint security space, and Tier-2 cities play a critical role at this juncture. We look forward to working closely with Optimistic technology over the next quarters to increase our customer base. We have lined up a few other cities where we would like to conduct similar events jointly with them.”
He added, “At the same time, we welcome other resellers who work in the security space in tier- 2 and tier-3 markets, which have an appetite for growth and the necessary infrastructure to support our customers, to align with us as we intend to aggressively increase our footprint in tier-2 and tier-3 cities this year.”
The power-packed session was attended by delegates from the Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission, Central Public Works Department.......See More
