Yahoo to buy online video service NDN
As per the latest report, Yahoo is all set to make another acquisition. Going by the reports, Yahoo is mulling to buy an online-video service News Distribution Network (NDN). Yahoo is speculated to pay $300 million for closing the deal.  
NDN is a video streaming service with over 550 million video views. Although it doesn't make any videos on its own, it has a collection of 100,000 videos uploaded by different users about news, sports, politics and other topics.

Market experts believe that the latest acquisition will help Yahoo to expand its video offering to numerous new sites, which can further create opportunities for marketers to work with Yahoo.Here, it is worth noting that it is not the first time when Yahoo is planning to buy a video streaming company.
