Acer delights partners with Foreign Travel Scheme
To celebrate a successful quarter and enhance sales in the ongoing quarter, Acer India has introduced the Foreign Travel Scheme (FTS) partner programme. A wholly indirect company, Acer plans to recognize and reward the exceptional performance of its channel partners and resellers across India through this programme.

Continuing an era of strong partnership and growth with Acer’s longstanding partner network, the programme is targeted at rewarding the top 40 partners with an exciting three nights/four days fun-filled tour of an exotic foreign destination. The chosen 15 master reseller (MR) partners and 25 regional large format retailers (RLFR)/ITSS partners will set off to the destination for a partner meet, followed by a two-day guided tour. This programme is valid from April 1 and will end on June 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).

The authorized MRs, RLFRs and ITSS partners will be adjudged on the basis of their performance vis-à-vis Acer’s quarterly target for notebook and tablet sales in this programme. The top 15 MRs and top 25 RLFRs/ITSS partners, on accomplishing a pre-defined growth percentage in the AMJ quarter, will win a trip to the exotic foreign destination. On achieving their targets, partners can also take home other attractive rewards including Shoppers Stop gift vouchers and Acer ICONIA W4 tablets.

S. Rajendran, Chief Marketing Officer, Acer India, said, "An indelible channel focus is amongst Acer's core strengths. At Acer, we have always believed in bolstering the confidence of our valued partners through a multitude of enablement activities including innovative reward programmes. Our previous initiatives have been applauded by our partners, pushing them to go the extra mile. We are positive that our FTS programme will also spark the same level of enthusiasm amongst our partners."

Apart from offering reward programmes to spur sales, Acer provides complete support to its esteemed set of partners in the form of easy finance schemes, regular training programmes, accidental damage protection and extended warranty offers.
