Array Networks expands its reach into Tier-II and Tier-III Cities in India 
Array Networks has announced that it now provides support to large enterprises through its new Bangalore Centre for Technical Assistance (BCTA). Array Networks has also expanded services to tier-II and III cities. Array Networks BCTA augments the US operations offering a 24x '7 local support to the customers based in India, the Middle East and South-East Asia. Services were extended to the Middle East and South-East Asia regions where Array has been steadily acquiring new customers.

Array Networks' Bangalore Centre for Technical Assistance is an extension of Array Global support centre based out of Milpitas, California, USA. The services offered include configuration, tele-support, web support and implementation. Along with these services, Array's BCTA also provides local RMA and repair nationwide.
