Accenture partners with InBev to set up GIC in Bengaluru

Accenture has bagged a multimillion dollar deal from AnheuserBusch InBev to launch a global inhouse centre (GIC) in Bengaluru. 
According to the deal, Accenture will operate the GIC on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) model for three years, after which it will be handed over to InBev. 
Accenture is planning to hire around 500 technology and domain experts for InBev’s centre over the next two years. It will also be bringing talent, process expertise, analytical prowess and future flexibility in terms of the operating model.

Edtech unicorn  PhysicsWallah  is taking a significant step towards a public listing, with plans for an initial public offering (IPO) in 2025. The company’s board has approved the resolution to convert the business into a public entity, renaming it from PhysicsWallah Private Limited to PhysicsWallah Limited, according to a recent regulatory filing. PhysicsWallah, which has revolutionized affordable education in India, intends to list its equity shares on one or more stock exchanges, though no specific timeline has been set.
