Good talent getting recognized with remarkable salary hikes
Opportunities in newer sectors like e-commerce and digital has opened gates for new talents leading to revival of economy after a lull market of almost two-three years. This change has also led to salary hikes, with marked improvement of up to 60% for premium talent. The hiring market has thus seen a clear change from an employers’ to an employees’ market.
