HP to buy Aruba Networks for $3 Billion
HP has signed an agreement to acquire Aruba Networks for about $3 billion in an all-cash deal. The companies have approved the deal so that they enhance their campus networking business.
This acquisition will boost HP’S wireless local area network market as more companies permit their employees to access work systems by wireless devices.
Under this deal, Aruba will become part of the HP Networking business within HP’s Enterprise Group.
