Optiemus and Wistron to invest US$200 Million in India

To boost “Make-in-India” initiative, Optiemus Infracom and Wistron Corporation, Taiwan’s leading Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), have come up with a joint venture (JV) agreement, in the presence of Amitabh Kant, IAS, Secretary, DIPP, Government of India, to set up manufacturing facilities for telecom products in India.

The partnership aims to provide a complete end-to-end solution to global and Indian brands, encompassing manufacturing infrastructure, distribution, retail and after-sales.
