MSDE and DoT sign MoU

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision to make India the skill capital of the world, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Telecommunication (DoT) to develop and implement National Action Plan for Skill Development in the telecom sector, utilizing PSUs under DoT with a common objective of fulfilling skilled manpower requirement of the telecom sector and at the same time providing quality opportunities for employment / entrepreneurship.
