Kyocera Document Solutions India registers 16% y-o-y growth in March 2016

Registering an impressive business growth in March 2016, Kyocera Document Solutions India has taken timely and strategic advantage of the shift in the market from entry-level (below 20ppm) to enhanced entry-level (20–30ppm). The company has registered a phenomenal 1,500-per cent growth over March last year in its entry-level 20ppm printers, and in the mid-segment 30ppm printers, the company has registered 760-per cent growth over last March.

Japan's Sharp to buy Toshiba PC business for $36 mln

As per the report, Sharp Corporation of Japan to buy Toshiba Corp’s personal computer business for 4 billion yen ($36 million). Sharp brand is under the control of manufacturing giant Foxconn, the world’s biggest contract manufacturer and major Apple Inc supplier, to produce PCs more cheaply – just as it was able to do in TVs. Another report also noticed by VARINDIA, Foxconn is also promoting the Sharp TV to start marketing in India, which has kick started from this year IPL(Indian Premiere League) ,with this they are marking a return to a business in India.
