MasterCard awaiting RBI Confirmation - to delete Indian cardholders' data from global servers: Due to Safety and Security MassterCard holders are warned recently by the global card payment major Mastercard after submitting its request to the RBI, which is operating  in over 200 countries, and nowhere else it has been asked to delete data from global servers, on an interview Porush Singh, India and Division President, South Asia, MasterCard, said.
