Indian Energy Exchange appoints Rajiv Srivastava as MD: Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) has appointed Rajiv Srivastava as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company and designated him as a Whole-time Director of the company. Srivastava will take over as the Managing Director & CEO of the Company, effective from July 21, 2019, in place of S N Goel whose term is expiring on July 20, 2019.

The company’s board has approved the resolution to convert the business into a public entity, renaming it from PhysicsWallah Private Limited to PhysicsWallah Limited, according to a recent regulatory filing. PhysicsWallah, which has revolutionized affordable education in India, intends to list its equity shares on one or more stock exchanges, though no specific timeline has been set.
