WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Are Down: Second time in 2019: All of the three social media platforms are believed to be suffering technical glitches across the world. As Instagram and WhatsApp, as well as Facebook, since the three use shared infrastructure. Hope it is not a cyber-attack. At 8:30PM IST, each of WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram have been inactive for nearly over an hour.
