75% employees indicated being happy about Job satisfaction: At a time when the sentiment in the job market is not positive to say the least, it has been revealed that most employees in various industries are satisfied with their jobs. The Monster Salary Index, 75% respondents believed that they are satisfied with their respective jobs.
