Nazara Technologies plans to invest in selected gaming startups: Interactive gaming and sports media company, Nazara Technologies is planning to invest up to $20 million next year in startups in India, Middle East and Africa. It has already made transactions worth $50 million in 13 startups in the last two years

The company’s board has approved the resolution to convert the business into a public entity, renaming it from PhysicsWallah Private Limited to PhysicsWallah Limited, according to a recent regulatory filing. PhysicsWallah, which has revolutionized affordable education in India, intends to list its equity shares on one or more stock exchanges, though no specific timeline has been set.
