Patanjali gets Rs 3,200 crore loan from banks to acquire Ruchi Soya: Patanjali Ayurved led by Baba Ramdev has announced of having received a loan worth Rs 3,200 crore from a consortium of lenders led by State Bank of India to fund its acquisition of Ruchi Soya through insolvency process.

The company’s board has approved the resolution to convert the business into a public entity, renaming it from PhysicsWallah Private Limited to PhysicsWallah Limited, according to a recent regulatory filing.
