US adds Hikvision and other Chinese security bureaus to its trade blacklist: According to sources, the U.S. Commerce Department will add 28 Chinese public security bureaus and companies to a U.S. trade blacklist in response to the treatment meted out to the Uighur Muslims and other predominantly Muslim ethnic minorities. The blacklist will also include video surveillance company Hikvision
