BSNL launches digital payment platform Bharat Insta Pay for Channel Partners

BSNL launches digital payment platform Bharat Insta Pay for Channel Partners: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) announced its digital payments service called ‘Bharat InstaPay for all its channel partners across the country. Powered by SBI, it shall enable all types of channel partners for doing their payment transactions digitally on a 24X7 basis. Bharat InstaPay is purely aimed at the BSNL channel partners as it removes the hassle of going to a BSNL office to complete a transaction. The app has nothing to do with the customers.

Japan's Sharp to buy Toshiba PC business for $36 mln

As per the report, Sharp Corporation of Japan to buy Toshiba Corp’s personal computer business for 4 billion yen ($36 million). Sharp brand is under the control of manufacturing giant Foxconn, the world’s biggest contract manufacturer and major Apple Inc supplier, to produce PCs more cheaply – just as it was able to do in TVs. Another report also noticed by VARINDIA, Foxconn is also promoting the Sharp TV to start marketing in India, which has kick started from this year IPL(Indian Premiere League) ,with this they are marking a return to a business in India. Earlier Sharp was a known brand in terms of technology but it’s position become negligible with the fastest technology and pricing structure of SAMSUNG, LG and Sony.
