Roshni Nadar steps up to Shiv Nadar's chair as HCL Chairperson: HCL Tech has now welcomed Roshni Nadar Malhotra as the new Chairperson with immediate effect. Shiv Nadar will be stepping down from the Chairman's post but will retain his MD position. He will also be appointed the Chief Strategy Officer of the company and will oversee the strategic direction of the firm.

The company’s board has approved the resolution to convert the business into a public entity, renaming it from PhysicsWallah Private Limited to PhysicsWallah Limited, according to a recent regulatory filing. PhysicsWallah, which has revolutionized affordable education in India, intends to list its equity shares on one or more stock exchanges, though no specific timeline has been set.
