Su-Kam signs an MoU with Tata Power Delhi Distribution
VARINDIA- INDIA'S FRONTLINE IT MAGAZINE Su-Kam Power Systems Limited and Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) have reportedly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), under which subscribers and employees of TDPPL can avail exclusive discounts on Su-Kam's Solar PV modules, roof top solar systems and other solar power backup solutions. Dhananjay Sharma, GM - Solar Business, Su-Kam , said, "Against its highest peak demand of 5,642 MW in 2012, Delhi produces only 1,345 MW, out of which 55% is coal-based. Localized renewable generation can reduce this shortfall. In the current scenario, Su-Kam is working aggressively towards communicating to the customers, the potential and feasibility of rooftop solar power solutions for homes and various institutions.
