Panasonic reaches direct to Indian households

Panasonic Corporation has announced a strategic alliance with Modicare. The agreement signed between Daizo Ito, President, Panasonic and Amrish Roy Anand, CEO, Modicare will further strengthen Panasonic distribution network and reach in India.

As part of the agreement, initially, select Panasonic personal care products will be sold through the vast Modicare network of 40 centres spread across 2700 cities. The current tie-up will have a few products from the beauty care and home appliances range.

Speaking about the alliance with Modicare, Ito said "We are glad to partner one of the Ieading direct selling companies in India. It is our constant endeavor to bring solutions to Indian families that enhance and improve their quality of life, by offering best in class products through a strong distribution network. Alliance with Modicare is another step in this direction."

K.K.Modi, Chairman, Modi Group of Companies, shares that "We launched Modicare in India to provide an alternate source of income to many.
