Epson's First nSolution Programme concludes in Goa

Epson's first-ever annual nSolution Conclave targeting System Integrators / Corporate Resellers and Office Automation Partners was successfully concluded in Goa. This event was attended by 150 System Integrators (SIs) from across India with active participation from both ends.

Held at the Park Hyatt in Goa, the full-day event started with Epson's Senior Management presenting the road map and plans for the company. Thereafter, Epson's Businesss Managers presented interesting perspectives on their own industries and the Epson go-to-market strategies. The forum was then opened for discussion where participants provided valued feedback to the management on Epson's business strategies and current product offering for the year. The Conclave was followed by a fantastic walk through exhibition where the entire range of Epson products was displayed. The exhibition was an eye-opener for the SIs and corporate resellers on the vast range of Epson products.

The Epson nSolution Programme empowers and facilitates partners, helping them increase their and knowledge helping them decide on what level they want to take their business with Epson by helping them strategize their business goals. Also, the programme enables the partners to offer more to their existing customer base and to tap into the whole new unexplored avenues. The Epson nSolution Programme allowed them to grow and gain much more by way of prizes and rewards as part of a structured programme.

According to Samba Moorthy, Senior General Manager - Sales & Marketing, Epson India, "We have been actively engaging with the System Integrator community for some time now and this programme will now take that engagement to the next level. The first Conclave has hopefully given these partners an enlarged vision on Epson and its product portfolio and its go-to-market strategies."

In the evening, a gala night and dinner was arranged by the beachside with an elaborate entertainment programme interspersed with the distribution of mementoes to all the participants. At the gala awards night, the key performing partners of the previous year were presented awards.

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery.
