The company also provides professional services to the SME segment through its specialized and certified pre-sale engineers who would provide end to end consultation to customers. These pre-sale engineers would also demonstrate the proposed solution on the customer network environment through proof of concept, based on which reports of final solution will be proposed.

But the objective to reach out to customers would remain a myth if proper training is not imparted to its partners and resellers and M.Tech knows this very well. "We have been striving really hard to ensure that all our VAR across APAC region sales, pre-sale team and technical team is trained well that helps them in providing required solutions to our customers.
