XTM Multifunction Firewall Training Programme for Partners

WatchGuard Technologies has organized a two-day XTM Multifunction Firewall Partner Training Programme in New Delhi. More than 25 key partners from North India had participated in the training programme, which was organized on 1st & 2nd February, 2011. The company will also be organizing XTM Multifunction Firewall training programmes for partners in other zones as well.

The two-day programme included hands-on training and insight on a range of new and powerful features of WatchGuard XTM Multifunction firewalls. It also demonstrated newly launched Application Control which has been integrated with WatchGuard XTM series of appliances. The newly launched "Application Control" by WatchGuard was also demonstrated during the training programme. The new application has been integrated with WatchGuard XTM series of appliances and will facilitate allow or deny access to over 1,800 applications by user, group or time of day, including IM, P2P, Facebook, Skype, YouTube, and many more web 2.0 applications.

Regular partner training programme has been an integral part of WatchGuard's channel strategy. This year, the company is planning to organize a series of partner training programmes on its different product lines and technologies.
