Evolv from Wipro boasts of stylish design and features

Evolv, a new range of desktops from Wipro, comes loaded with features like iron cage, Dyna-matrix design and green leaf. It is available in Intel Core2 Duo Processor E7XXX series and Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor E5XXX series.

The Wipro Active Console, a pro-active systems management software that is embedded in the PC provides IT professionals predictive failure alerting, real-time status and remote access both in-band and out-of-band to the Windows and Linux platforms. It also provides the user with Wipro 5-in-1 Data Care Utility (Crash Proof, Bit Defender, Antivirus, Port Locker, Data Wipe and PC Reporter).

Japan's Sharp to buy Toshiba PC business for $36 mln

As per the report, Sharp Corporation of Japan to buy Toshiba Corp’s personal computer business for 4 billion yen ($36 million). Sharp brand is under the control of manufacturing giant Foxconn, the world’s biggest contract manufacturer and major Apple Inc supplier, to produce PCs more cheaply – just as it was able to do in TVs. Another report also noticed by VARINDIA, Foxconn is also promoting the Sharp TV to start marketing in India, which has kick started from this year IPL(Indian Premiere League) ,with this they are marking a return to a business in India.
