Spice M-5700 FLO launched

Spice Mobility has launched M-5700 FLO at a very attractive price. It has a 2.8" (7 cm) super- smooth QVGA touch screen, sleek design, stylish and feature-packed phone in the dual SIM category. Priced at Rs.3,699/- (MRP), Spice M-5700 FLO aims at redefining the touch phone entry price. The phone comes in two colour options - Yellow and Black.

The phone supports 2 GSM connections and is equipped with a 1.3-mega pixel camera. The music lovers will cherish the MP3 features and FM with 3.5 mm audio jack available on M-5700 FLO. This phone is also equipped with Stereo Bluetooth. The handset supports Yahoo, Facebook, Nimbuzz and Snaptu - consortium of social networking and other utility applications.

Japan's Sharp to buy Toshiba PC business for $36 mln

As per the report, Sharp Corporation of Japan to buy Toshiba Corp’s personal computer business for 4 billion yen ($36 million). Sharp brand is under the control of manufacturing giant Foxconn, the world’s biggest contract manufacturer and major Apple Inc supplier, to produce PCs more cheaply – just as it was able to do in TVs.
