HP LaserJet Pro CP1025 Colour Printer qualifies for BEE

HP LaserJet Pro CP1025 Colour Printer has achieved the much-coveted Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) label in India. The announcement was made at the BEE's energy efficiency label programme hosted by Manufacturers' Association of Information Technology (MAIT) and comes at a time when HP honoured enterprises for their outstanding green initiatives in printing and imaging arena at the recently held HP Eco Solutions Printing Award India 2011.

"The recognition from BEE is a testimony to HP's commitment towards creating products that use energy more efficiently, are eco-friendly and result in significant cost savings for our consumers. We will support the emerging BEE standard for OA and printers," said Nitin Hiranandani, Director, Managed Enterprise Solutions, Imaging and Printing Group, HP India.

HP LaserJet Pro CP1025 Colour Printer works on HP's industry-first printing technology - HP Auto-Off technology that automatically senses when there is no print activity and accordingly adjusts the power settings so users can save energy without manually changing the power settings. The unit is also embedded with Smart Install technology that allows customers to begin printing in as little as two minutes by simply connecting a netbook, notebook or desktop PC to the printer with a USB cable - no CD installation required.

HP LaserJet Pro CP1025 Colour Printer allows for flexible media handling with support for a wide range of media - from 3 x 5 to 8.5 x 14 inches. Not only this, the printer enables the user to achieve greater results through pre-configured shortcuts and easily spot colours which a user can apply throughout a document with basic colour match settings. It prints exceptionally well and also offers black only prints at the same cost as B&W printer. This printer is best suited for business users with small and medium size offices, who require most cost-affordable, energy- efficient device to meet their day-to-day requirements at work with minimum environment impact.
