SAP releases latest version of EPM

SAP India has released its latest version enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions. The 10.0 release moves EPM best practices beyond the finance department to managers throughout the company, helping people make risk-aware decisions that positively impact enterprise-wide performance.

The 10.0 release of SAP Business Objects EPM solutions fills this need by allowing users across the company to contribute to managing enterprise performance. The new release can also take advantage of SAP In-Memory Computing technology, enabling more detailed and agile planning scenarios that can dramatically increase people's ability to sense and respond to changes as they occur.

"The new release of our EPM solutions and analytic applications in India reinforces our market leadership and brings SAP's vision for business analytics to a full circle," said Maneesh Sharma, Head - Business Analytics and Technology, SAP India. DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery.
