Nokia has unveiled its new dual SIM phones at India's largest gathering of twins. Setting new standards in terms of features Nokia C2-00 dual SIM Internet and Nokia X1-01 dual SIM music phones were launched by 63 pairs of Twins at "Nokia's Twins Day Out".
Celebrating the power of two, Nokia ran a digital and radio campaign for a few weeks inviting the twins in the city to launch the new Nokia dual SIM phones and become Nokia's Brand Ambassadors for a day. The twins took part in a parade to unveil Nokia's "Made in India" dual SIM devices.
Manufactured at Nokia's Chennai factory, both models offer the most convenient and intuitive experience available for switching between SIM cards - without compromising on features and fun. Additionally, the Nokia C2-00 and Nokia X1-01 are available at attractive and affordable price points and will address the consumer need for a Nokia multimedia phone with Dual SIM functionality.
Unveiling the new phones, Vipul Sabharwal, Director - Sales, Nokia India, said, "Nokia believes in being closer to the consumers and we want to develop products that meet the Indian consumer's changing needs and aspirations."
The intuitive devices remember settings for up to five separate SIM cards. Nokia C2-00 and Nokia X1-01 are priced Rs.3,000 and Rs.2,000, respectively.
