Epson introduces Integrated Ink Tank System Printers in India

Epson has announced the arrival of its most revolutionary printing products - Epson L100 Inkjet printer and the L200 Inkjet All-in-One Created, especially for India and a few key Southeast Asian countries. The products were first introduced in Southeast Asia in late 2010. The new printers feature Epson Original Ink Tanks that help users increase productivity and save on printing costs.

The printers come with a starting set of one black 70ml ink bottle that can print 4,000 black pages and three 70ml colour ink cartridges that can print 6,500 colour pages. With each set of one black and three colour inks, the printers offer an extremely low-cost per page of only 0.10 Paise per black page and 0.20 Paise per colour page. In addition, each new unit comes with two additional black ink bottles to provide greater value to customers.

The Epson Micro Piezo print head found in the Epson L100 and L200 achieves a maximum print resolution of 5760 x 1440 dpi and its variable size droplet technology (VSDT) allows the print head to eject ink droplets in three sizes. "Epson is always innovating to provide affordable, yet high-performance printing solutions to help our customers lower their cost of printing, and the Epson L100 and L200 are the latest results of our efforts. These printers were conceived, especially keeping the typical Indian consumers requirements in mind," said Samba Moorthy, Sr. General Manager - Sales & Marketing, Epson India. "Therefore, we are proud to present India with the world's first genuine branded ink tank system printers and are confident they will do very well here."

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches.
