TAKE Solutions extends Helping Hand in Children Education

TAKE Solutions, in partnership with Give Life, an NGO which undertakes various initiatives for the welfare of underprivileged children in Tamil Nadu, organized the "TAKE Solutions Scholarship Distribution Day". Through this initiative, TAKE provides educational sponsorship (uniforms, books, bags, stationery and school fees) to 500 children annually. Employees of TAKE participated by distributing these to the children at the Government High School, Tambaram.

TAKE Solutions, in association with Give Life, has been undertaking these activities for the last three years. This year, as part of the community interaction initiative, employees at TAKE took the lead to visit schools in and around Tamil Nadu to share their experiences with young students. They planned several sessions over a span of 4 months where every session had a theme, e.g. Career exploration or Effective use of Mass Media, to bring more focus and interest.

"For over three years we have been closely working with Give Life in this initiative with increasing enthusiasm and participation from our employees and the children beneficiaries. Our employees have come forward and volunteered their time and energy to contribute to the community and we, at TAKE Solutions, have been proud to partner them. In return, it has been satisfying to see the students being benefited and motivated with the informative and interactive sessions for them," said N. DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery.
