ZyXEL India arrays excellence at 'TAITRA' 2011

ZyXEL Communications is successfully showcasing its technologies at promotional campaigns organized by TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council). The campaigns highlight 'Taiwan Excellence' and roll-out full-scale promotional activities in several cities in India, Indonesia and Vietnam from early May through to year-end. In 2011, 24 Taiwan Excellence awarded ICT brands partnered up with TAITRA in India market, being a frequent 'Taiwan Excellence' award winner, ZyXEL is presenting its solutions in vogue to validate the honor.

ZyXEL have recently unveiled its biggest and unique consumer program of the year, IT Travellers Go, a contest open for public registration from 11th July to 9th August at www.ITTravelersGo.com. With other 13 Taiwan leading ICT brands, ZyXEL has partnered up with TAITRA, and sponsored a resourceful IT Travelers Kit of 17 superior ICT gadgets.

The final selected 12 winners, 4 each from India, Indonesia, and Vietnam, will be equipped with these 'Innovative, Reliable, and Worthy' IT gadgets worth more than USD 2,500 from leading Taiwan brands. DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery. The favourable impact of M2M on job creation had already set in as seen by the arrival of the first set of start-ups in the areas such as agriculture, smart cities, healthcare and water management.” She stressed that NTP 2018 would be transformative in harnessing the full benefits of M2M communications.
