IBM completes three years of collaboration with AMHI

IBM has completed three years of its 10-year strategic outsourcing agreement with Apollo Munich Health Insurance (AMHI). IBM collaborated with AMHI to transform its IT infrastructure and align it to business goals. The deal, valued at Rs.196 crore over 10 years, has enabled AMHI, to manage their complex multi application environment and create a stable, scalable processing operation.

"We turned to IBM to help transform our core IT infrastructure and build best practices to keep pace with rapid business growth projections and add to our competitiveness in the marketplace. Over the last three years, through IBMs robust delivery, we have increased our operational efficiencies and business uptime resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction. Our relationship with IBM has grown from strength to strength allowing us to focus on the core operations while leaving IT management to an expert," said, Antony Jacob, CEO, Apollo Munich Health Insurance.
