Kingston celebrated Independence Day with Trade Contact Program

Kingston has celebrated "Independence Day" through a unique Trade Contact Program titled "A Hero is someone who understands the edge that comes with his freedom". During the 2-day program, held simultaneously in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad on August 11th and 12th, Kingston executives visited around 150-200 randomly selected Kingston retail outlets and conducted a simple 1-minute "Spot-the-freedom fighter" quiz contest.

To win exciting prizes, retailers had to in one minute identify the name of Indian freedom fighters, from a poster showcasing 24 freedom fighter pictures, based on clues provided. Depending on the points scored, prizes were handed over to the retail outlet owners.

Scott Chen, VP, APAC Region, Kingston Technology said, Freedom to choose is a privilege that only a free man enjoys. Through this unique contest, we can refresh memories of the efforts put in by our freedom fighters and their immense contribution in making India the great nation it is. Keeping memories is important to everyone and that is why Kingston has been representing excellent memory products to the market."
