Lenovo India launches IdeaCentre B320

Lenovo has launched IdeaCentre B320 with one key TV function. It is a compact, space-saving TV-cum-PC with 21.5-inch full HD All-in-One which combines the All-in-One and the TV Function into one Single device.

With SRS Premium Sound audio enhancement, this IdeaCentre B320 comes with the second- generation Intel Core i3 processor. It is powerful enough for majority of games and multimedia applications. Moreover, Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0 for Windows 7 ensures faster start-up and shutdown and optimized multimedia capabilities. It is equipped with a wireless mouse and keyboard to give complete comfort from unwanted wires.

The Lenovo IdeaCentre B320 has standard memory as 3GB DDR3 and expandable up to 8GB DDR3 1333MHz memory and HDD of 500GB. It also carries connectors for 2xUSB2.0 (side), 4xUSB2.0 (rear, USB3.0x1 optional), 5-in-1 card reader, microphone, headphone, PS2, local area network, HWTV in, AV in, B-Case Card in.

The new Integrated Lenovo HD High-Sense Webcam offers a better resolution and improved video chat with facial tracking and image effects. Lenovo Eye Distance System alerts the user when they are close to the screen.

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery. The favourable impact of M2M on job creation had already set in as seen by the arrival of the first set of start-ups in the areas such as agriculture, smart cities, healthcare and water management.” She stressed that NTP 2018 would be transformative in harnessing the full benefits of M2M communications.
