Ricoh India, Redington India tie up

Ricoh India Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Redington (India) Ltd. as their value added channel partner for their Production Printing products. MoU was signed up at Ricoh's new office premises at Jasola Vihar between Tetsuya Takano, MD & CEO, Ricoh India Ltd. and Kasturi Rangan, President (Non-IT product Business), Redington (India) Ltd.

Tetsuya Takano said, "Globally, Ricoh strives to offer products, solutions and services that are innovative, have strong customer focus and offer true value for money. Our Production Printing Solutions has delighted consumers immensely because of quality, efficiency, short turnaround time and prompt after-sales service. Within a short span, we have garnered over 33% market share in this segment in India. Our tie up with Redington has been very strategic as today Ricoh foresees exponential growth in this segment. Redington which is among the largest, supply chain solution providers to over 75 leading manufacturers of Information Technology, Telecom, Lifestyle and Consumer Electronics Products, worldwide will now help us get a larger and better footprint to showcase our new products portfolio. The synergy between Ricoh and Redington will pave new ways in various new segments including commercial printing, Photo labs, advertising agencies and pre-press houses for the Production Printing business."
