HCL Learning forays into Management Education

HCL Learning has announced its alliance with Annamalai University of Tamil Nadu. As part of the alliance, HCL Learning will be launching the MBA-IMS Programme (Infrastructure Management & Security) via distance learning mode. The duration of the programme is for two years.

The alliance was formalized at a launch event at the Le Meridien Hotel, Guindy, Chennai by Prof. Dr. M. Ramanathan, Vice Chancellor, Annamalai University, and Anand Ekambaram, Senior Vice-President, HCL Learning, and also present on the occasion was Dr. M. Rathinasabapati, Registrar, Annamalai University, and Dr. S. B. Nageswara Rao, Director of Distance Education, and other functionaries of Annamalai University.

Prof. M. Ramanathan, Vice Chancellor, Annamalai University, said, "We are proud to have partnered with HCL Learning for our MBA Programme. I look forward to a synergistic relationship with HCL and I believe that we can look forward to many mutual learnings as well as newer opportunities for engagement as we go along."

Anand Ekambaram, Vice-President, HCL Learning, said, "The Indian corporate sector requires quality management resources especially in the niche fields like IT infrastructure and security management. We are pleased to enter the space of management education and also to have commenced our relationship with Annamalai University, one of the most prestigious educational institutions of our country."
