HTC unveils its Windows Phone 7 with Mango Update

HTC Corporation has unveiled the HTC Radar with Windows Phone smartphone. HTC Radar features a hardware camera button which is said to capture images while the f/2.2 aperture lens and back-illuminated sensor provide improved low-light performance. With 28mm wide-angle lenses one can capture more of the scene in front of you while the new panoramic feature creates dramatic pictures of skylines and landscapes. HTC Radar can shoot bright and vibrant HD (720p) videos and HTC Photo Enhancer quickly touches up pictures and uploads them to Facebook.

"The new HTC Radar smartphone raises the bar with new advanced photography, multimedia and social capabilities that enable you to take full advantage of the latest Windows Phone innovations. The HTC Radar's aluminum uni-body, compact size and finish will capture people's attention," said Faisal Siddiqui, Country Manager, HTC India.

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery.
