Pitney Bowes inaugurates "InterAct" in Mumbai

Pitney Bowes India has announced that it is all set to launch the inaugural "InterAct", an annual customer engagement program in India. This initiative is said to provide a platform for Pitney Bowes India to have direct interface with their customers and to understand their needs better. Pitney Bowes plans to make this an annual initiative with the aim of adding value to its customers - through education, information exchange and feedback.

The first InterAct Program is scheduled for 18th of November 2011 in Mumbai. It will focus on a highly targeted group of audience like the top Managed Print Service Providers in India. The event is expected to provide an insight into the Customer Communications Management (CCM) life cycle and the latest technologies and solutions available under the Pitney Bowes' CCM range of software and hardware.

The first in the series will be attended by a group of 25 key Managed Print Service providers across the country- brought under one roof for the first time in India. The organizations will be presented with the latest technologies and solutions through presentations, discussions and debate. Included in the program is a networking lunch.
