Wavefront, Cellular Operators Association Of India signs Agreement

Wavefront, Canada and Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) have signed an agreement that is believed to facilitate and accelerate the flow of wireless business between the two countries. The two organizations will work together to develop and promote strategic business and partnering opportunities.

James Maynard, CEO & President, Wavefront said, "This agreement with COAI will provide Canadian companies with the insights and introductions required to navigate a complex market and effectively capitalize on the large and growing market opportunities in India."

Rajan S. Mathews, Director General, COAI said, "We are looking forward to working with Wavefront to provide a bridge between the members of our organizations and develop mutually beneficial trade and business opportunities between the two countries. This alliance will also help in exploring opportunities in Canada to facilitate operations for Indian Companies."

The first opportunities out of this partnership is expected to arise when Wavefront introduces ten innovative Canadian wireless solution providers to the Indian carriers on December 6-9th during the India Telecom 2011 conference in New Delhi, New Delhi.
