Bluesky initiates First 4G Networks in Samoa & American Samoa

Bluesky has launched its 4G services in Samoa and American Samoa. Both fourth generation HSPA+ networks are believed to be capable of meeting the future increasing mobile broadband demands of Bluesky's current and future customers.

With the new 4G HSPA+ networks, both postpaid and prepaid customers are said to get access to broadband, with speeds of up to 21 Mbps for download and 5.6 Mbps for upload.
