HealthPrize selects Symphony Services to build next-generation Medication Adherence Solutions

HealthPrize Technologies has selected Symphony Services to build next-generation medication adherence solutions under a multi-year, multi-project engagement. Symphony's partnership with HealthPrize supports the explosion of mobile technology in healthcare, providing HealthPrize with expertise building software and industry-specific applications, while allowing HealthPrize to focus exclusively on new generations of technology healthcare innovation.

The most recent result of this collaboration is the launch of HealthPrize's mobile app for iPhone and Android smart phones, making it the first app of its kind to provide an integrated platform of creative rewards, games, education, and competitions designed to improve medication adherence. This first HealthPrize app is available for use by registered HealthPrize participants, and is currently being used by participants in an asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) pilot study in collaboration with RealAge, a leading online wellness company.

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery.
