Microsoft Dynamics unveils CRM R7 2011

Microsoft has announced the availability of CRM R7 2011 in India. CRM R7 2011 integrates social capabilities into Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It provides social integration features that enable businesses to gather insights about their customers and products by integrating real-time social media conversations into companies' existing CRM view of the customers.

The software now features Automated Activity Feeds which are also accessible through the Windows 7 phone and incorporate Micro-Blogging by which users are able to follow real-time business events and activities through social media. The software also features Conversations through which users can collaborate between internal sales and service teams. The R7 2011 release offers a common administration, billing and provisioning platform with Office 365.

The new features are delivered at no additional cost and add functionality to the experiences and tools already in use. Therefore, CRM R7 2011 is available on CRM Online, the cloud version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM offering, as well as for the on-premise and partner-hosted deployments in India.
