Nokia Lumia arrives in India
Nokia has unveiled Nokia Lumia smartphones into the country with surprise bash for consumers with a performance by the music director duo of Vishal and Shekhar in Delhi. In continuation with this, the concert also took place in Bangalore and Mumbai simultaneously, these smartphones are launched with a surprise bash for consumers with a performance by Raghu Dixit and Indian Ocean at UB City in Bangalore and KK and the band Parikrama in Mumbai.
The Nokia Lumia 800 and the Nokia Lumia 710 hit the store shelves on December 15, 2011. The first sets of devices were handed over at an event at the Nokia Evo Store in Gurgaon. Lucky consumers also got units of the X-Box 360 Kinect complementary with the Nokia Flash Mob: Simultaneous flash mobs organized across Lumia 800.
